Taste Intense with strong notes of yuzu, kumquat and lime. Citrus and pine juniper are added, spicy Szechuan peppercorn notes at the end.
Finish Smooth and clean while the kumquat notes persist and finish with lime and pepper facets.

The gin's character traits are created by the precisely coordinated interplay of Japanese yuzu fruit, juniper, Sichuan pepper, coriander, juniper and liquorice. These botanicals make it a pleasant Gin characterised by juniper and citrus notes.

    Aroma: Klare Zitrusnote. Vor allem Orangen-Zitronen-Marmelade mit viel Kiefernholz als Abrundung.

    Geschmack: Intensiv mit starken Noten von Yuzu, Kumquat und Limetten. Zitrus und Kiefernwacholder kommen dazu, pikante Szechuan-Pfefferkornnoten zum Ende.

    Abgang: Glatt und sauber während die Kumquat-Noten bestehen bleiben und mit Limetten- und Pfefferfacetten ausklingen.
