The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, the world's first and only Islay Dry Gin, produced at Bruichladdich Distillery, is renowned for its natural and 100% authentic character. The Botanist Islay Cask Rested Gin is a refined evolution of the original Islay Dry Gin. Like its predecessor, it is distilled with the utmost care, but receives an additional 6 months of maturation in oak casks, giving it added complexity and depth. While retaining the distinctive floral notes of the 22 locally sourced botanicals, this variant reveals a harmonious balance of rich, woody undertones and refined flavours that offer a uniquely nuanced gin experience.
