    Aroma: Das Aroma des Hibiki 21 ist reif, tief und schwer und überaus vielschichtig mit einem subtil-floral Hauch aus Zitrone und feinwürzigen Noten. Süße Noten mit Assoziationen ans Karamell, Bananenmus, getrockneten Pflaumen und Obstkuchen schmeicheln der Nase. Himbeeren und Brombeeren ergänzen den Geruch und vereinen sich mit zahlreichen Holznoten.

    Geschmack:präsentiert sich der Suntory Hibiki 21 Blended Whisky weich und ausbalanciert mit süßlichen Honignoten und getrockneten Früchten wie Aprikose und Pflaume. Vielschichtiges Holz in allen Facetten. Eiche, Sandelholz und mehr verleihen würzige Trockenheit. Eine würzige pfeffrige Schärfe mit Kräuternoten mit Assoziationen an Estragon, Zimt und Thymian.

    Abgang: lang anhaltenden und vollmundigen Abgang dringen Raucharomen und leichte Pfeffer-Akzente durch. Weich und buttrig bleiben beim Finish Aromen aus Holz und Walnuss
