Product description
The 18-year-old Redbreast was produced as an addition to the range and sits between the younger and older bottlings from the Irish cult distillery Midleton. The single Pot Still whiskey has been matured in bourbon casks, cream sherry casks and ruby port casks, which make the flavour experience both familiar and new at the same time. The cream sherry casks come from the Antonio Páez Lobato cooperage in Spain and give the whiskey a syrupy sweetness in addition to its fruitiness.

    Aroma: Komplex und edel: getrocknete Früchte, Waldhonig, Vanille, feine Gewürze, etwas geröstete Nuss.

    Geschmack: Seidig und tief. Sherrysüße, Früchtekompott, Karamell, Orangenzeste, elegante Eiche – alles perfekt ausbalanciert.

    Abgang: Lang, warm, cremig und unglaublich harmonisch.

    Kommentar: Irischer Hochadel im Glas. Rund, komplex, ohne jede Schwäche – einfach ein Gedicht.
