Variety Blended Whisky
Aroma Fine and complex with floral accents of lilac, fruity with notes of apricot, spicy with a hint of clove and subtle leather notes.
Taste Powerful and peppery with oaky nuances, fruity with peach notes and caramelised apples, fine accents of honeysuckle.
Finish Long with maritime components of coastal wind and plums, followed by oak and vanilla notes towards the end.

    Comment: A strong quality whisky for the everyday if the alcohol content is important but without any twist.

    Comment: Wer quasi Anfänger ist, und einen japanischen Whisky probieren will, ist er hier richtig. Süße, Vanille und Orange sind dominant.

    Aroma: riecht wie eine japanische Version des Johnnie Walker Green ;-) Oak Sweet Sherry und man bildet sich ganz leichten Rauch ein (obwohl er nicht da sein sollte) Bonfire Smoke alles eine Spur zurückhaltender als beim JW, aber genauso toll

    Geschmack: Oak leichte Zitrusnote Citrus und etwas würzig Pepper

    Abgang: mittellang und sehr ausgewogen. mit Süße Sweet, Eiche Oak und ganz leichtem Rauch Bonfire Smoke

    Kommentar: Ich mag die Stärke durch den hohen Alkoholgehalt. Muss man nicht verdünnen, ist nicht zu scharf, wird von der Kraft der Geschmackseindrücke gut gehalten. Wer ihn aber verdünnt, erhält einen geradezu spottbilligen und immer noch ausgezeuchneten Whisky.

    Wer Blends abtut, verpasst hier ein echtes Meisterwerk. Für mich der beste Blended Scotch der Welt ... doof nur für die Schotten, dass es gar keiner ist ;-)
