Product description

This Macallan Classic Cut is already the 9th bottling from the limited, annual series from Macallan. As is usual with Macallan, the Single Malt Whisky matured partly in sherry-seasoned casks made from American and European oak as well as ex-Bourbon casks. This gave it its dominant sweetness and balanced flavours, which are brought out very well by bottling at full strength (50.6% vol. this year). Another special feature of this bottling is that it will be the last in the series. This means that no more Macallan Classic Cut will follow.

Aroma: Orangenöl, Karamellwaffel und Michschokolade treffen auf Panna Cottanoten und Apfelgebäck.

Geschmack: Grapefruit, Mandarine und Zuckerguss verbinden sich mit der Zeit mit Zitronenbaiser und Akzenten karamellisierter Mandeln.

Abgang: Lang, zitrusfrisch mit Grapefruit, Melone und warmer Eichenwürze.
