Product description
The 17-year-old Glenfarclas is a successful combination of exclusive sherry casks, all of which come 100% from the renowned José y Miguel Martin bodega. The Single Malt Whisky matured in these casks for the entire maturation period and was then bottled at 43% vol. which gives the whisky a fruity flavour with an exceptionally round finish. The bottling reappears on the Glenfarclas Single Malt stage after 5 years of abstinence and will only be available in limited quantities.

The Glenfarclas distillery was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay and is one of the best-known and most successful family-run distilleries in Scotland. The owner family Grant is proud of its private status, which is reflected in the distillery's slogan ‘The Spirit of Independence’. Since 1865, the fifth generation of the Grant family has been shaping the history of the Glenfarclas distillery. This long family tradition guarantees consistent quality and the necessary foresight for a long-lasting product such as Whisky.
