The 12-year-old Glenfarclas Single Malt matured 100% in Oloroso sherry casks, which gave it excellent fruity notes with spicy accents. The family-run distillery Glenfarclas was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay and established itself with excellent whiskies that focus on perfectly timed sherry cask maturation.

The Glenfarclas distillery was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay and is one of the best-known and most successful family-run distilleries in Scotland. The owner family Grant is proud of its private status, which is reflected in the distillery's slogan ‘The Spirit of Independence’. Since 1865, the fifth generation of the Grant family has been shaping the history of the Glenfarclas distillery. This long family tradition guarantees consistent quality and the necessary foresight for a long-lasting product such as Whisky.
