Aroma Aromatic notes of freshly brewed coffee mixed with hot milk. Sugared almonds and white chocolate truffles combined with peat smoke. Accents of fresh fruit.
Taste Sweet, with mineral Islay notes. Vanilla smoke and spices with hints of baked butter croissants and freshly brewed coffee.
Finish Pleasantly smoky and sweet with lingering fruit notes.

The Elements of Islay - Cask Edit belongs to the new standard range of Elixir Distillers. It combines the diverse character traits of the Islay distilleries in a complex island whisky. Matured in refill, Bourbon and Sherry casks, the Blend combines an intense, smoky Single Malt from the south coast of Islay with a fresher, fruitier style from the north.
