Eden Mill is Scotland's first combined brewery and distillery, producing Whisky, Gin and Beer. The modern distillery stands on historic ground on the banks of the River Eden in Guardbridge, near St Andrews, where the Haig family produced spirits and beer in the 19th century. After more than 150 years, Eden Mill has brought the art of distilling back to this region. The new Eden Mill Distillery opened in April 2025, followed by the visitor centre in October 2025. read more
