    Aroma: Dieser Whisky ist überraschend komplex, dafür dass es ein reiner Grain-Whisky ist; er ist zwar sanft und smooth, aber bietet einiges, so zum Beispiel viele helle süße Früchte, wie Birnen, aber auch Zitrusfrüchte, sogar Litschi, und dann über allem noch eine leichte Getreidenote.

    Geschmack: Im Mund sind die Grain-Noten intensiver als in der Nase, aber das ist nicht negativ zu verstehen; das ist eine köstliche Getreidenote; diese wird begleitet von einer vanilligen Süße; rund und harmonisch, aber ziemlich intensiv im Geschmack.

    Abgang: Der Abgang ist mittellang mit einer deutlichen Getreidenote.

    Kommentar: Der hat was, den nicht zu probieren wäre ein Fehler.

    Aroma: Süße Milchcreme, frisches deftiges Brot, schwache Zitrusfrucht (Mandarine), Vanille und Muskatnuss.

    Geschmack: Seidig, Schlagsahne, geröstete Kokosnuss, Zimt, weiche Holznoten und Puderzucker.

    Abgang: Elegant und warm.

    Aroma: Viel Vanille, Schokolade (Weiß oder Vollmilch) mit einer leichten Nussigkeit. Obstschale mit Trauben und Äpfeln.

    Geschmack: Fruchtig, samtig und leicht bitter: Herbe Zitrone mit Weintrauben und Vanillesoße.

    Abgang: Kurz bis mittel: Schokoladig, mit Vanillekeksen, Bitterkeit (fermentierte Grapefruit/Zitrone) und ein wenig Eichenaroma.

    Kommentar: Riecht fast wie ein Bourbon, schmeckt aber nach weißer Schokolade mit Vanillestücken. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu herb und bitter! Normalerweise mag ich bittere Whiskys (egal ob Schotten, Amerikaner, usw.), doch diese Bitterkeit ist gar nicht mein Fall! Jedoch ist er gut gemacht (bei den vielen schlechten einfachen Blends auf dem Markt!) von einem prestigeträchtigen Produzenten, deswegen gebe ich noch 3 Sterne.
