Product description
The Clydeside distillery was founded in 2017 by Tim Morrison from the well-known Morrison-Bowmore clan. It is located in Glasgow's harbour basin and the distilling facilities were built in the 'Pumphouse', where customs and taxes used to be monitored. The distillery's first bottling is called Stobcross, named after a historic crossroads that once marked the way to Dumbarton Rock. Today, the site is Queen's Dock, Glasgow's harbour basin, where the Clydside distillery has also been incorporated.

    Aroma: In der Nase etwas zurück haltend, aber dennoch deutliche Aromen von leichten frischen Früchten und Floralen Anklängen. Green Apple Pear Floral

    Weiterhin fruchtig. Man erkennt einen deutlichen Sherry Einfluss, welcher allerdings nicht erschlägt. Dazu eine Süße und leichte Malz Note, welche von einer Alkolischen Schärfe begleitet werden. Fruit Sweet Sherry Peat Smoke

    Ich habe diesen Single Malt von Freunden zu meinem 19 Geburtstag bekommen. Damals habe ich angefangen mich für Whisky zu interessieren und es war mein aller erste qualitativ hochwertig Whisky. Damals ein paar Male probiert und nie genau die Aromen erkennen können. Jetzt sieht das anders aus. Dieser Whisky verbindet mich mit meinem anwachsenden Wissen. In regelmäßigen Abständen findet er den Weg in mein Glas und ich erkenne in ihm immer mehr meinen Fortschritt. Gibt es etwas schöneres auf dies
